WELCOME TO REGISTRATION FOR OUR FIRST EVER HYBRID CONFERENCE

This year’s HNS Conference will be a hybrid event, with different options available to In-Person and Virtual attendees (along with some options available to both). Before proceeding with registration, you’ll need to determine whether you wish to register for In-Person or Virtual attendance.
To help you make that decision, here’s a brief overview of each.

Pre-conference virtual content June 5-7, includes regular programming such as:

 

• Featured Presentations

• Author Spotlights

• Conversation Rooms

• Cold Reads (submissions welcome)

 

As well as special offerings available at additional cost:

• Master Classes (will be recorded for on-demand viewing)

• Virtual Agent & Editor Pitches

 

Networking, games, and prerecorded videos will be available in the EventMobi conference app.

 

*Note that all virtual content will be recorded for on-demand viewing EXCEPT conversation rooms.

 

Content from June 9-10 is also included:

• Special guest speeches livestreamed from San Antonio

• One salon of mainstage sessions each day plus State of the State panel livestreamed

• Access to all recorded mainstage conference sessions for on-demand viewing (40+ sessions)

 

Note that in-person master classes, conversation rooms, Cozy Chats, and entertainment and social events will NOT be recorded for on-demand viewing.

All of the content details outlined for virtual attendees are available to in-person attendees and included in your registration. In-person attendees may also add virtual master classes at an additional cost. However, virtual agent pitches are not available to in-person attendees
